Pamela Rachal, ACC

Pamela is the owner of PMR Coaching and Consulting. She is an organizational effectiveness consultant and ICF certified leadership coach. Her company focuses on helping organizations to Strengthen the Core – the employee segment of experienced, emerging, and high-potential managers and individual contributors where strategy meets execution – by identifying and recommending solutions to those issues that affect employee morale, productivity, and retention. In addition to organizational consulting and coaching, Pamela also provides group coaching to Women over 40.  The group coaching program is designed to help participants identify and visualize their goals, push past real and imagined boundaries, and achieve success on their terms.

Pamela has over twenty-five years of leadership experience, where she worked for multinational corporations and top global advertising agencies, including Bayer Consumer Health and BBDO. She served in many leadership roles, which include cross-functional team leadership, brand management, and developing and launching new products. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Coaching Certificate from American University (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance). Pamela is ACC credentialed from the International Coach Federation and is certified in DISC and Emotional Intelligence assessments. She serves as a volunteer with the Women for Change Coaching Community and the Metro DC ICF (International Coaching Federation) chapter.
